Pulpwood Queens Book Club

Here are some photos of a reading I gave at the founding branch of the biggest book club in the US, the Pulpwood Queens. Their headquarters is Beauty and the Book, a hair salon/bookstore in Jefferson, Texas. The motto is "Where tiaras are mandatory and reading good books is the rule!" Pulpwood Queens' founder Kathy Patrick has a memoir coming out in January 2008, "The Pulpwood Queens Tiara-Wearing, Book-Sharing Guide to Life."
